Your personal data at Browinner: what we keep and why
Last updated: 23.10.2026
This policy sets out which personal data we process when you open a Browinner account, play in our casino, live casino or sportsbook, make a payment or contact our support team. It covers your whole account, because all three products run on a single account with us.
The data we collect
We ask only for the information we need to run your account and to pay out your winnings. In practice, that means four categories of data:
- Sign-up details. As a rule, you register with an e-mail address and a password. We store the e-mail address and a protected form of the password.
- Verification documents. Before your first withdrawal, we verify your identity. For this, we ask for an identity document, proof of address and proof that the payment method belongs to you.
- Payment data. When you deposit or withdraw, we record the method, the amount, the currency and the outcome of the transaction. This applies to cards, e-wallets, bank transfers and crypto payments.
- Contact history. Messages you send through our 24/7 live chat or by e-mail are kept in your account history, so that whoever picks up your next question can see the full context.
We also collect basic technical data from the device and browser you use, such as the device type and the time of each login, to keep your account secure.
Why we use your data
Each category of data serves a specific purpose:
| Data | What we use it for | What happens without it |
|---|---|---|
| E-mail and password | Opening the account and signing you in | We cannot create an account |
| Identity, address and payment-method proofs | Confirming who receives a payout | A withdrawal cannot be completed |
| Payment records | Crediting deposits, sending withdrawals, tracking bonus conditions | Balances and bonus progress cannot be shown |
| Chat and e-mail history | Answering your questions and resolving disputes | Every conversation starts from scratch |
| Technical data | Detecting unusual logins and protecting the account | Fraud checks become less effective |
We do not sell your personal data, and we use your verification documents for one purpose only: confirming your identity and your right to use the payment method.
The legal grounds for processing
We process sign-up, payment and verification data because we need it to provide the account you asked for. Some checks, such as identity verification and the prevention of fraud and money laundering, are obligations we must meet as a gambling provider. Technical security data is processed in our legitimate interest in keeping accounts safe. Where we rely on your consent, for example for optional marketing messages, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the rest of your account.
Who receives your data
We share data only where a service cannot work without it:
- Payment providers. A card payment, a Skrill transfer, a bank transfer or a crypto transaction can only go through if the provider receives the details of that payment.
- Verification and security services. Partners that help us check documents and detect fraud receive only what they need for that check.
- Authorities. We disclose data to public authorities where the law requires it.
Each partner is bound to use the data solely for the task we give it.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as your account is open and, after that, for the period that legal record-keeping duties require. Verification documents and payment records fall under these duties. When that period ends, we delete the data or anonymise it.
Your rights
You stay in control of your personal data. You can:
- ask for a copy of the data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct details that are wrong or out of date;
- ask us to delete data we are no longer required to keep;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest, or ask us to restrict it;
- withdraw consent for optional processing such as marketing.
To exercise any of these rights, write to our support team via the live chat or by e-mail. We may first confirm that the request comes from the account holder. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live.
How we protect your account
We limit access to personal data to the staff who need it for their work, and verification documents are seen only by the people who review them. You can help by choosing a password you use nowhere else, signing out on shared devices and never sharing your login with anyone.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our services or the rules that apply to them change. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change significantly affects how we use your data, we will let you know before it takes effect.
